Not just we, Everything is energy, even the tinniest piece of dust. And if you realize this, than you will understand that without energy, Everything is lost, and also Everything works with energy, by this I mean, the mental waves as you illustrated above, play a big role in Life, the more positive or negative mental waves one emits, the more that kind of energy is born.
